Toshi is a group of investors dedicated to attracting high-quality companies to a flexible financial partnership founded on collaboration and a strong sense of unity.
Short for Investment Vehicles, Toshi IVs are our platforms for opportunistic exploration in private companies. Each IV makes 10-15 investments, focusing on high-quality opportunities that we can explore and grow with over time.
Our Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs) are single-position holding companies. Primarily, SPVs are used to house follow-up investments from IV positions, but they also allow for select stand-alone opportunities.
We take a cautious yet curious approach, investing in what we believe are extraordinary, high-potential small companies built on shared values.
By leveraging a lean structure and a top-tier network of investors and professionals, we believe we cater to an underserved market segment with relatively low competition. Our investment model allows us to scale positions over time, benefiting both companies and investors alike.
We build long-term relationships with humble, capable entrepreneurs, fostering sustainable growth while maintaining disciplined risk management.
Our open-minded and opportunistic approach enables us to succeed where others hesitate.
