Our SPV strategy is designed to provide full flexibility and focus for specific investment opportunities.
Primarily, SPVs are used to house follow-up investments in portfolio companies within our IVs, enabling us to further support businesses as they grow and scale. This ensures we can deepen our engagement with promising companies while maintaining a structured investment approach.
In our SPVs we can also make investments on a case-by-case basis provided the position is unfit for our IVs.
Investment approach
Beyond follow-up investments, SPVs also allow us to pursue select stand-alone opportunities that align with our strategic goals. These may include high-potential businesses outside our IV structure that require a specialized approach.
For SPVs we can invest outside of our typical scope and cater to investors in our network not looking for portfolio investments.
By using SPVs, we can offer tailored solutions while maintaining alignment with our overall investment philosophy.

Investment Phase

Development Phase
Portfolio companies gain access to our extensive network of experts, partners, and resources. This collaborative phase is aimed at solving critical challenges and accelerating business development to unlock growth potential.
Scale-Up Phase
For positions that meet expectations and demonstrate potential for further growth, we provide additional funding through SPVs. This ensures that promising companies receive the capital and support they need to scale effectively and achieve their goals.
